apathy lullabye

Hiding out today, just for one more day,
ignore everything today, it won't go away.

Hiding out for days, denial has its way,
of making everything seem some how ok.

Falling off is the easy part, it's getting back on that is so hard.
Apathy comes so easily, paying attention takes too much energy.
